Delivery takes approximately 5 - 7 working days depending on order volumes, stock and couriers, if you order exceeds the 7th working day then please use the Track Your Order facility on our website. Our blinds are delivered by various courier companies. Delivery is Monday to Friday to the address you specify.
The address for delivery can be different from the billing address and can be a relative, neighbour or works address but the blinds must be signed for upon delivery. When the blinds are ready they will be dispatched immediately if there is no one in on the first attempt the couriers will leave a card so you can contact them direct to re-arrange a more suitable delivery day. If they do not receive a response then they will try to deliver a further two times before returning the blinds back to us.

Delivery is to mainland UK addresses is Free for any size of order. This is not refundable and we cannot be held responsible for courier delays but will endeavour to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
