How do I fit my new blinds once they have arrived?
- Open the box/boxes carefully. (Do note use a Stanley knife as this could damage your new blinds).
- All fitting instruction can be found on the website on the home page under measure & fit.

What is your Returns and Refunds policy?
Unfortunately the blinds you order are made to measure to your precise measurements. We keep no stock. As a result we cannot accommodate returns, modifications or exchange of damaged products.
I haven’t received my samples!
All our samples are sent first glass with the Royal Mail on rare occasions some get lost in the post and if you have not received them in 4 working days of ordering please contact one of our Web Style team where they will ensure you receive the samples you ordered as soon as possible.
How accurate are the swatch colours on the website?
Although we do our best to represent the colour and texture of our blinds as accurately as possible, computer monitor vary significantly. If you want to match your décor exactly please make sure you order a sample before placing your order. We do not take responsibility for blinds, which don’t match your décor exactly as we only accept returns in cases where we have supplied incorrectly.
If you are thinking of ordering the same pattern for the full house then make sure you order them together as fabric can alter over time and the batch number can change.
I have measured my blinds wrong!
Unfortunately as the blinds are made to measure they are not refundable, however on the rare occasion a customer measures wrong please contact one of our Web Style team to discuss how we can solve the problem by giving help and advice.
What if the blinds are out of stock?
As soon as we are made aware of this problem we will contact you as soon as possible by email or phone with an estimated delivery date at which time you can choose to wait or choose another product, however our manufactures have very few stock problems.
Is it safe to give out my credit card or debit card online?
At Web Style Blinds we take security very seriously. All personal details including payment are processed on the very latest secure server. Your credit card details cannot be read or tampered with during the transaction.

1.1/2” screw for metal lintel
1” screw for a raw plug
If you are fitting a shutter you will also need filler
Do you have a fitting service?
Unfortunately Web Style Blinds do not offer a fitting service, however we do supply you with fitting instructions in our measure & fit page.
